Goldfish crackers and their contagious smile are immediately recognizable by kids and moms alike. While connecting with kids through an ongoing “Finn And Friends” campaign, the brand was not making and sustaining an emotional connection with today’s moms, the gatekeeper of the shopping cart. Thus, the integrated “Little Moments. Big Smiles.” campaign was born. As one touch-point of that campaign, we developed a series of spots to help put the audience into the brands world, and a little bit more of the brand into theirs. The campaign achieved immediate sales growth, millions of digital/social impressions, and heightened Mom engagement, proving the idea worthy of extension into 2016 and beyond.
